The parents OBBA registration #'s. If a stud was used, the stud's owners signature on the application. If the parents are not OBBA registered you will need to complete a single registration for each of them and send that along with a photo and 3 generation pedigree for each dog. The date of birth of the puppies, the number of puppies (M & F) and their markings along with either a group photo or individual photos of the puppies. |
